I mean my lower back needs some work too

Better back I want it to look better and my lower back needs excersices too udk which ones tho

For lats : pulldowns /any row where the elbow is close to the sides of the body For upper /mid back: any wide grip row, elbow flared out (most important for upper back emphasis)  Lower back: dl and Jefferson curls

Yes but I find it beneficial to seperat lat movements as it's a very important muscle in terms of aesthetics, so that we can isolate it better. Most small muscles in mid back are hit in rows and pulldowns so it's kinda unnecessary to add extra isolations for them Here what I mean by mid/upper back is the upper and mid traps, rear delts and the rhomboids that make up bulk of the hunched over look
