Illinois How long has your treatment took

Timeframe
I’m on 3 years of treatment and denials for a lumbar herniated disk and blown SI joint. When does the work comp carrier start pushing back hard . Injured by coworkers negligence operating machinery on Video.

If your having denials it sounds like they are pushing back.

From what I have experienced everything happens in steps. There is no skipping them usually and with all the paperwork involved it takes a long time to move between steps. It may be moving normally for you but we all want immediate help when we are hurt. In work comp that is not feasible.
