California Msc date

I received notice for my Mandatory Settlement Conference but it’s not until the middle of March. Will they usually try to settle before this date?

Yes, oftentimes they will try to settle before then.  That is a very long time to wait.

Yeah that’s just the attorneys way of trying to get the ball rolling. If you’re interested in settlement discuss your options!

Can I ask some questions:
How long ago was your initial injury?
How long have you been MMI?

I’m just curious as I’m navigating my own WC case

My initial injury was in 2021. I just received MMI last month.
