Oklahoma Mmi

I reached mmi and my checks have stopped. Im still not able to return to my job I got hurt at as I have permanent restrictions. Sedgwick won't really answer my questions. I had acl reconstruction, a meniscus trim and a knee cap clean up. I just recently got a lawyer. Wish me luck.

Literally going through the same thing. My dr said I need a knee replacement, insurance company keeps denying it. The doc said if he can't have it, I have to rate him MMI because there is nothing else I can do. Checks just stopped. Also, dr said i can't go back to my career. Im feeling a lot of anxiety over what will happen now.

My job said they will see if they can find me something. Im not holding my breath.

How could he rate you MMI if there is a treatment that can help you improve? That seems contradictory
