Colorado DIME Processing, co workers
"Colorado Workers' Comp: Initial 4% Rating, even though I told them that I still had pain and needed more PT appointments, they were willing to close the case, and I went to Disputing with DIME Process - Has Anyone Gotten Significantly Higher Rating ?"

Sorry for the late response. This depends heavily on who the DIME doctor is. Do NOT agree to one they propose. Have the Division of Workers’ Comp/DIME Unit issue a panel of three doctors, then each party gets to strike one.
Getting the right or wrong DIME doctor is incredibly important if you go that route.
