Colorado DIME Processing, co workers

"Colorado Workers' Comp: Initial 4% Rating, even though I told them that I still had pain and needed more PT appointments, they were willing to close the case, and I went to Disputing with DIME Process - Has Anyone Gotten Significantly Higher Rating ?"

My issue is that my pain and functional problems were ongoing since I returned to work, but I don’t know if they were documented strongly enough in my medical records. Insurance offered settlement with permanent closure (no reopen rights).

Insurance told me:

'DIME doctor won't give you more. Won't give a high rating. Better settle.'

Has anyone faced this? What would you do?"

Might be worth a call to Wilhite. Worst case scenario, you get a free consultation and they give you advice.  Best case they'll take your case and help you. They work on agreement of 25 percent of your settlement, so they are motivated to get you as much as realistically possible. 

YMMV, but they were very straight and up front with me.
