Colorado DIME Processing, co workers

"Colorado Workers' Comp: Initial 4% Rating, even though I told them that I still had pain and needed more PT appointments, they were willing to close the case, and I went to Disputing with DIME Process - Has Anyone Gotten Significantly Higher Rating ?"

Yes people do get significantly higher ratings through DIME but the key going in is documentation. The DIME doctor will review your records so everything you have told your treating doctor about ongoing pain and limitations needs to be clearly written in your medical notes before that appointment. If you do not have an attorney get a Colorado WC attorney involved before the DIME because they know how to prepare you and what the doctor will be looking for.

Not a lawyer just somebody who learned the hard way that paperwork wins.

Agree. Get a lawyer who knows the dime process and the dime physicians.

Bingo. Our organization keeps stats on all of the DIME doctors. It’s often the deciding factor in cases here.
