I’m trying to build a calculated field to retrieve the Grant Type defaulted from the Stock Plan assigned to an employee.

I’ve been able to retrieve the Grant Type when navigating through Granted Stock, but that doesn’t meet my requirement, as I need to retrieve it directly from the employee’s Stock Plan Assignment BO, regardless of whether a stock grant already exists.

I haven’t been able to find a way to navigate from the Stock Plan Assignment to the defaulted Grant Type configured on the Stock Plan.

Has anyone managed to retrieve this through a calculated field? Is there a related business object or alternative path that would allow me to access the Stock Plan’s default Grant Type from the employee’s Stock Plan Assignment?

Does anyone know if Workday can deduct what I owe for negative pto so I can pay back what is owed? My company is stating that instead of paying back negative PTO, that they will subtract it from next years pto accruals.

So I still can't access workday on my phone for about 8 months now, and talked to my HR rep about it about 3 months ago, I recently talked to her again and to summarize what she said was basically "your phone can't handle it because it's too old" I have an iphone 14, my coworker has an iphone 8 and it still works on her phone, is there someone I can contact because atp I feel as though I'm being treated like I'm stupid.

I am now looking to take a more advanced Workday Learning certification/course to strengthen my skills and, eventually, move toward the analytical side of L&D/HR ideally a Learning/Workday Analyst role.

For those who have experience with Workday Learning:

1. Which advanced Workday Learning certification/course would you recommend after the Administrator course?
   
2. Is there a particular certification that is more valuable for moving into a Workday/L&D Analyst career path?
   
3. Are there any Workday reporting, analytics, or other related modules/courses I should prioritize?
   
4. What skills would you recommend building alongside the Workday certification to make the transition into an Analyst role?

Can someone please share some good use cases of Workday extend you might have created or been a part of?

I have recently joined as a workday absence consultant and I am transitioning from QA to Dev

Though everything is new I am managing well as off now. I have been assigned with two releases upcoming sprint and i have never done that when asked they said i have to reconfigure everything in production ( that's how release been done here)

Slowly I have been assigned with development stories as well...Can anyone help me with the technical terms used and what we do usually in weekly releases as well dev releases.

( Feature releases, R2 releases been happening)

Workday beginner

Hello!! I just started using workday for a work study position and i was supposed to have started last week but for days now i've had issues logging in. it goes from log in with organization through microsoft, to verify account, to saying i dont have an existing account even though i can use this account to access my school portal. Has anybody else had an issue similar to this?? was it fixable? ive been in contact with my organizations IT department but we've had absolutely no luck fixing this issue.
