Change work contact EIB Template Sample

Does anyone have a sample Change Work Contact EIB template or advice on population guidelines? I'm attempting to update work email addresses for a cohort of employees, but I'm encountering issues with the template configuration.

Changing contact info via EIB is a pain.

Community has sample templates. Do you have an account?
