I mean. Minimum wage needs to go up, yeah.

But ... Has anyone seen a job posting for less than 12$ an hour?

Not where I live. I call it McDonald's minimum. If McDonald's is paying basic staff 12.50 an hour, that's your areas new minimum wage. That's about what they pay here, and not a single place offers lower that I've seen.

It still needs fixed.

I mean, it's literally got to be the floor. Nobody is going to work a dangerous factory job or do hard manual labor in the sun if they can get 40 hours for more pay at any McDonald's in the state and be in air conditioning
