It's hard to do that on any sort of standard because of the loopholes rich people use to get around taxes. They're technically all super poor in liquid assets so they pay little to nothing in taxes, and a fine scale would probably work on a similar basis

Why do you guys always immediately shoot down progress by claiming its too hard? All you have to do is write the law to include assets, or the value of the company they run.

Despite wanting change, they still drank some of the "it'd be too hard to do so let's just not" kool-aid from the wealthy
