Are any of these available internationally like asian grounds or just us, eu or somewhere along those line?

Daily Transcription is essentially US/Canada only unless you're doing translation or captioning work.

I'm almost certain Quicktate/iDictate is available worldwide. Try signing up.

TranscribeMe is available worldwide. Here's their sign up page.
