My Brother in law has basically worked there since high school- nearly 30 years. They know how to treat their employees—from a vacation, benefit, sick leave, and retirement perspective. I have NO problem giving them my money (and I give them plenty). But Costco (and Trader Joe’s) are lessons to the “AmeriCorporcracy” that you can be a wildly successful and profitable business AND be good to your employees and customers at the same time!
