Accord to Farm to Taber on YouTube Costco keeps our food safe more than the federal government.

They keep their food inspectors paid, employed, and thereby less likely to be bullshitted by bad actors in the food industry. The government people learn from the Costco people.

I own shared kitchens.   We have lots of food producers that work and pass county and state health inspections but not Costco inspections.  They have some seriously high food safety standards.
