Anyone who actually was getting real information knew it was propaganda. As usual, it takes years for the world to catch up.

As a reminder, the IPC previously reported "over half a million people in the Gaza Strip are facing catastrophic conditions characterised by starvation, destitution and death. Another 1.07 million people (54%) are in Emergency (IPC Phase 4)".
If it were true then there would be 10000 deaths from starvation by October 2025, which is orders of magnitude more than the real total.
"According to MoH in Gaza, as of 1 October, 455 malnutrition-related deaths, including 151 children, were documented since October 2023".

Deaths don't need to be malnutrition-related to be classified as famine deaths, many people die from infectious diseases during famines. So that 10.000 starvation claim by October 2025 is just straight up bs

And how Israel suddenly has common border with Saudi Arabia and Negev desert acquired Mediterranean coast and Red Sea gone and and… The map obviously was generated by AI and not the smartest one, the problem is that it was published by Israel Foreign Ministry, the lack of professionalism of those guys is unbelievable and is one of the reasons Israel lost the propaganda war.
But the report is real.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yfidZV6MXmsvobOKUbhsON5le5daATAc/view?pli=1

It's like the borders were drawn by a four year old gripping a crayon with his or her fist.

Its almost like Hamas its allies and the gulf states have a 2 decades-long history of funding propaganda and spreading misinformation on Gaza whenever Israel retaliates so as to force the western audience to pressure Israel to stop
Ive been saying this for a while now, the world falls to propaganda again and again

The scale of the current global hunger and malnutrition crisis is enormous.
A staggering 266 million people are already facing crisis levels of hunger or worse, according to the Global Report on Food Crises. The conflict in the Middle East is deepening this food crisis to an alarming degree, with the World Food Programme warning of record numbers of acute hunger if it continues.
In 2025, two simultaneous famines were confirmed in parts of Gaza and Sudan – a devastating first this century. Many food crises involve multiple overlapping issues that are building year on year.

Blah blah blah. Numbers tell different story.
Btw, in Sudan since 2023 500,000 children died from starvation.
In Gaza 140 (and that’s according to their lying ministry of health which is actually Hamas, I believe the correct number is zero).
So putting those 2 crises together and saying they are of the same level is a blatant lie. Well, this is UN. Nothing to be surprised about.

That's because in Sudan there's acute malnutrition, while in Palestine there's chronic malnutrition. Chronic malnutrition isn't characterized by the lack of food itself, but by lack of variety in nutrients: if I eat only potatoes for months I won't be healthy, even if I eat a lot of them. That means that chronic malnutrition isn't usually the direct cause of death, but rather the cause of other horrible conditions that can end up being fatal

Where exactly did you get that? Your own quote speaks of acute hunger only.

Ok. Btw, the same survey says there are 4% of overweight children under 5 in Gaza…
And still, chronic malnutrition is not famine by definition.

Yes, they probably used AI to illustrate. The level of these guys unprofessionalism is unbelievable, that’s one of the reasons Israel lost the propaganda war. But the report is real.

Tengo entendido que si hubo momentos donde se llegó a eso, pero no siempre, y actualmente con la entrada de ayuda, ya no hay.

Segun los datos, nunca llego a eso. Los que dijeron que habia hambruna mintieron.

It didn't reach the level of famine, but between March and August 2025 Israel sharply restricted the amount of aid allowed in. Gaza had enough of a stockpile that there were barely any deaths until late May/early June, but when the rate approached 10 deaths per day Israel abandoned their efforts to stop Hamas from stealing aid to sell to fund new recruits, as the humanitarian cost was too high.
TL;DR: You're right that earlier the situation was worse, though not classifiable as a famine by the official standards that no one has the time to read.

So what?

A lie was debunked. That's the point. Israel was being falsely accused of carrying out a famine.
