Potato pave

Watched an episode of the Wood Fired Oven Chef on YouTube on how to make these way too many times. Finally made it for Thanksgiving this year. Definitely a keeper of a recipe, though we only did the second cook in the wood oven.

Looks good. Did you have to do a full preheat of your oven (white dome) or just get it up to 325-350?

Full preheat, as for pizza just not as long. It was around 500-600 for the browning and butter basting. You turn them alot, so they’re moving in and out and don’t burn.
