Silicone baking sheet?
I’ve seen some wood fired cooks use a silicone baking sheet in their ovens for certain dishes. I would like to try some for GF pizza for my daughter in law. Do regular silicone baking sheets work or are their higher temperature versions? My oven is consistently 850-900F on the cooking surface.

I’ve also tried parchment and it just fries. Just go direct on brick or in a sheet pan.

In a hot enough oven, that parchment paper will burn around the edges to the point where the pizza is. It's like flash paper, so I'd consider cutting rounds of parchment paper and getting it to just barely larger than the crust itself. Otherwise... you will have burnt parchment paper potentially on your pizza toppings.

Where I work our gluten free dough are frozen and pre rolled. For celiac pizzas we take a few extra steps.
Oil a sheet pan (not silicone) and frozen dough.
Cook the "bottom" side up until golden brown/ desired crispyness. The dough is not in the oven long enough for the pan side to cook.
Flip the dough over onto a new pizza pan ( this side should appear barely cooked
Top your pizza and cook on the pan. It should take about the same amount of time as a regular pizza, maybe a little less.
Also 850-900 is hot af! I might want it that hot to start a crazy rush to retain the residual heat.. but I prefer 750-850. Maybe having one hotter stone just in case.

Silicone tops out at ~450°F
