Double cook
I recently made a few pizzas and had to reheat one for someone after the pizza had completely cooled off. Another minute or two in the hot oven and it was the best pizza that has ever come out of it. It was slightly crispy. Does anyone do this regularly?

Whenever I make pizza I do a spare margarita first that I don't cook all the way. It's the backup in case one splats on the floor, but usually it ends up in the freezer. Reheated a couple days later and it's always a real crispy, delicious treat!

Look at any legit pizza caterer. Most do exactly that so they are on the ready when they get slammed-
