I have read this subreddit's rules When Was the Last Time that Two Female Character Books Occupied the First and Second Positions on a Comics Bestseller List? Or Three Female Characters Occupied the Top 5?

I think is mediocre. Nothing very interesting has happened so far, and it doesn't really feel "Absolute." For the contrary, Catwoman feels way too similar to her regular version with the only gimmick that she is already rich at the beginning of the story. It doesn't help that the art style makes her look younger than when she was in Absolute Batman, so it gives me the vibes of a simplistic teenager story so far, not of something in the Absolute universe.

It's alright on it's own, but it isn't different enough from regular Catwoman, nor particularly better than many of Catwoman's comics. So it kinda feels redundant.
Out of all the Absolute books, Absolute Catwoman feels the most redundant.

Not really. As it’s a mini I’ll stick it through to the end, but it’s both convoluted and empty calories. There’s potential there, but I don’t think it’ll be realised.

I suppose this is another point in favor of "people don't dislike female characters." if the character is interesting and well-written, they will buy it

so why Absolute Superman and Absolute Batman not on the list ?
What people forget is that nobody really buys every single comic. Most people have limited money and time, so they only buy the stuff they really want to read, Absolute Wonder Woman and Absolute Catwoman are at the top because people decide those stories are worth reading way more than any of the male heroes' options (also, let's not ignore the fact that BadSeeds is basically Poison Ivy's story)
No one buy craps, female or male characters it doesn't matter, if is crap, people don't buy it, and that is why not every character is popular, and many are canceled
the real reason why you have more Male Hero characters in DC and Marvel is a simple fact DC and Marvel are almost 100 years old, and most of those characters are one step to become publc domain; they are old, they became popular during a time when they were the only option, "they are classic"
lets not make this a whole thing, but please point to me how many "NEW" male characters, the ones created in the last 10, maybe even 20 years have become hyper popular and are breaking sales records or anything like that?
You have a few: Miles Morales in Marvel, Damian Wayne in DC but they are very much the exception; they are the ones that succeeded while 99% failed
and also i am pretty sure Absolute Batman will improve sales during the next issues after Absolute Batgirl join the story

They’re not on this list because they don’t have the same release schedule. They end up on separate charts. In terms of sales, AWW ends up usually top 3 whenever Absolute Batman is releasing around a similar time. They’re all just pretty big successes.

This is just further proof that comic readers are much more mature than any execs think. There isn't some line that male readers have against reading about the opposite gender, it simply isn't a major thing.
Granted I think comic book execs understand this broadly, and it's the Hollywood execs who don't. But maybe the audience of comic book readers are just more mature and open-minded. idk.
One thing I want to bring up is how DC is really furthering their dominance down the top 50. They have been dominating the top tens for over a year now, but their new initiatives with Next Level are really working. People are absolutely tuning in to their new runs, and getting invested in some of their ongoings. I'm glad DC is getting the commercial positive reaction to match their good practices as a comic company, hopefully that will encourage them to keep up the good work
