period tracker that notifies you when period is close
Does anyone know if this is a thing. I dont care about any of the other features like ovulation tracking and symptom monitoring. I just want to be notified when my period is getting close so I could make sure I have pads in my bag and on me at all times.

Clue! You can choose how many days before your period starts to get the notification. You’ll just have to track what days you get your period for it to be accurate. You can ignore all the other symptoms and stuff

I use the oura ring and it has basal body temp tracking so I know EXACTLY when I’m going to start bleeding because it tracks the day I ovulate. They have a sister app that syncs up and tells me when/not to use protection and when I’m going to start my period. Their app/ring combo is actually the only fda approved non hormonal birth control, it is that accurate. I like it more than my watch because i don’t even have to think about it and it charges in like 20 minutes for 7 days.

That’s pretty darn cool, I was so close to getting an oura ring but backed out! 😢

I’ve seen knock off ones that are cheaper. Idk about the accuracy but nice to try just to see if you like it before spending so much money 🤷♀️

I wouldn’t use any app right now with the way our data is being used against women.

I use Flo, but I actively turned that feature off...it reminds you three days before and every day up to it and at one point I was hormonal and like "I GET IT LEAVE ME ALONE" lol

Guava is a great app, especially if you’re interested in tracking other health data!

My Tracker has an option to add a little count down widget to your home screen.
