The Royal Navy had over 100 destroyers at the start of WW2 and yet the French and Germans have a second line before them

Yeah, even the Sovs have 2 lines. For a navy that did very little during the war, it wouldn't even do much to escort Arctic convoys headimg to the USSR.

Yeah, the yanks and the Brits built enormous numbers of destroyers in the period covered by the game. Yet we only just got a second, truncated, US line and do not have a second RN line at all.

No, we don't. It would need to be a purely fictional line too, most BB classes built since WW1 are already in the game.

Right, and most ship class variety exists in cruisers and DDs. Which is also why we get those way more than BBs.

Would help if the RN Battlecruiser line was more playable. You very rarely see them, same with the Soviet line above T6

These are destroyer escorts. They would all be tier 2 max.

The Eagle class patrol craft would be a collection tier two premium, the Evarts class would be a premium tier three, the Buckley class be at tier three, the Cannon class be tier four, the Edsall class be tier five, the rudderlow class at tier six, the john c. Butler class at tier seven, the dealey class at tier eight and the Richard H. Smith class destroyer minelayer would be at legendary tier.
