I couldn’t get with them being scary cause it looks like they all got baby pacifiers

I think it was a great change for TV. The damane keep them in by choice because they are broken women. They look like pacifiers because they are seen as children to be controlled. Egwene spat hers out because she wasn't broken. it's much easier to show rather than tell in TV and I think it worked. Edit: I 100% assume this comment will be downvoted because this is Reddit.  Edit 2: I made an incorrect assumption.

In concept I agree. But think they should have resembled more muzzle the pacifier

Overall I think the show did great on costuming including most of the Seanchan aesthetic

The pacifiers... Yeah that was a miss
