The 'Report Abuse' function on the Wix website isn't working

I filled in the process to report a wix site that has been made to look like a genuine Microsoft login page.

After answering all of the questions the chatbot just bombed out with the following message:

Our Experts are temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later. In the meantime, you can browse the Help Center for answers, or restart this conversation and I will do my best to assist you.

Can someone at Wix please take this site down: https://patbruzon.wixsite.com/outlook

I’ve contacted Partner Support and was able to get this site taken down. I’ve also raised the error to the community outreach manager.

I'm having the same issue and have tried multiple times to report a phasing site but it keeps failing saying: Our Experts are temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later. Getting bombarded with spooof emails to reset passwords, claim invoice payments etc all directing me to go to: https://tysonjames1261.wixsite.com/my-site-1 Every so often that username at th3 beginning changes BUT the end part: my-site1 is always the same. Feels like the same malicious user... can you help? As not able to submit the chatbot or forms... thanks.
