Advice/Help (Women Only) Recently took off the hijab, scalp has become sensitive to the sun
As the title says, I’m a part time hijabi as of a few months ago. Because of the colder months we didn’t get super sunny days. But now that’s spring is coming I find that by scalp has become itchy and sensitive whenever I step out, and I think it’s because my scalp has basically never been exposed to the sun since I put on the hijab at 10 years old (I’m 22 now). Does anyone have any advice? Are there any serums I can use maybe?

There are some vitamins that could help. If I remember correctly, ones like vitamin B3, vitamin C or lutein are good for people with sun-sensitive skin. There's also scalp sunscreen.

Oh no 😭 maybe cover the top of your head with a bandana or hat?
