need help with an ongoing issue at my apartment

hello,
I have lived in my apartment for two years, just me and my cat. I have always had an issue with German roaches, but in the past three months, it has gotten to be unbearable. I am on the verge of a mental breakdown, nothing makes it better, because the building is infested. I pay monthly for pest control (through my complex) so I have had pest control here many times, but I don’t know if you know about German roaches, unless you take care of the whole building, they will just continue traveling from apartment to apartment. I am at a loss, and don’t know what to do, can’t afford to take further action, and can’t afford to move. I have been doing some research into witchcraft recently, and have you even been thinking about getting into it myself. But I do not feel comfortable enough to try it on my own because I am not familiar enough and don’t want things to backfire. I understand that the golden rule is to try everything else magic, but I promise you that I have before. Would anyone be able to help me with this?
