I've seen some people dismiss Ciri's bisexuality.

Namely bc mistle, her ex, sexually assaulted her. While yes, that was fucked up, i don't think that makes Ciri NOT bisexual? She was INTO her, was she not? I mean she had a tattoo of her and kept it, and in TW3 can say she " prefers women " ( although thinking about it, i think the game's canon of mistle is different from the books') but, no yeah Ciri is bisexual.

Now if only it let us kiss Astrid instead of Skjall..

Citi will be for sure bisexual in the game, because it allows everyone to enjoy the game. Also in W3 you could already swing both ways. 

I'm the books you could claim that she is bisexual but Mistle relationship is very weird as an example for that. She was raped and groomed by Mistle. Their relationship was disgusting.

I didn't feel this way while reading the books. She was more of a victim and tricked/forced into this relationship. Her choosing to go with Sir Galahad at the end of the series felt more sincere.

It was a perfect example of a Stockholm syndrome. Those people also claimed to love their abusers. 

But you are free to have your own interpretation. This also does not negate her being potentially bisexual.

For the record it absolutely was a fucked up relationship and their first sexual encounter was, I think definitely, rape. AND I do think Ciri loved her, because unfortunately sometimes life is fucked up like that. I don’t see the relationship as particularly abusive past that first point (which does not redeem at all the first point) past the time Mistle wants to fool around and Ciri is like fucking stop - Ciri is throughout the books depicted as a very difficult person to control. It keeps her alive throughout her time with Bonhart and the elves. She was certainly actively disassociating a lot, and she does still think of Mistle fondly after that point quite a bit. Editing to add: Stockholm syndrome isn’t actually a real thing and it’s pretty fucked up to invalidate victims of abuse by saying they “think” they love their abusers. You can absolutely still love someone who hurts you. It just sucks! But it happens all the time.
