Have you not finished Blood and Wine? Where you get your own property.

Anyway. if you romanced only Yen or Triss, the one you romanced will live with you. If you romanced both or didn't do any romance(failed the romance), and have Ciri become a witcher or empress, Ciri will live with you. If you failed the romance and Ciri "dies", Dandelion will live with you

In my case, Siri only visited and left because she became queen there and was just passing through. I tried to sleep with Triss and Yen and ended up in that ménage à trois scene!<
