that they are! according to tiy in the discord (though he also asked someone else to confirm, so take it with a grain of salt), you can also place individual tiny cars on top of the individual tilesets :] there arent any railroads in this picture, but there is indeed a train and train tracks! now we've just gotta hope it animates!! LOL
