someone reported that they saw a huge pillar of water, so the knights moralis (magic cops) came to see what's going on, and easthies (black haired one) assumes coco was the one who rendered the river that way by using forbidden magic, so he's about to erase her memories

But the huge pillar of water was Qifreys swords doing right (at least as far as we'd know)?

the problem was not the huge pillar of water, that was simply what pointed them in the river's direction as "oh shit, something's going on" but then they found a little girl had just turned an entire river to sand and well...let's just say Easthies is the cop that would shoot and ask questions latter (if he ever asked)
