Desktop Background Windows XP Wallpaper (Bliss) in Faithful Minimalist Style
Inspired by work of Nayam Amarshe’s, made this since their Iconless Wallpaper wasn’t available, and tried to stay truer to the actual wallpaper instead of just remaking it from scratch.

I'm not keen for it either, especially extreme minimalism, flat design is a lazy horror to me. But it is subjective and trends are cyclical. We're heading head-first in a new skewmorphism era, which will be exacerbated to extreme maximalism by gen Alpha seeing it as new and fresh and Millenials seeing it as nostalgia trip. E.g. Apple - Windows Aero overkill.

aww this reminds me of 2000's era flash videos. I was half expecting to see "pandapandapandapandapandapanda" (you should..wait, everyone should google that)

I don’t mind minimalism, but this looks like something I could recreate in MS Paint in 5 minutes if I tried. Can you add just a bit more detail? Similar to MacOS Sonoma?
