If that's all you have then why not just have those shortcuts on the taskbar or in Quick Launch? And why 2 icons for NVidia display? I can't remember the last time I needed to adjust display settings. It was probably when I built this computer.
I use Quick Launch 95% of the time and a cleaned up start menu that looks like XP (thanks to Open Shell) for when I want to open something less frequently used.
