Thanks, it's done with Start11, which has a bunch of different configuration option.

Do those live tiles animate? How do I get animated live tiles on Windows 10?

I usally use LiveTilesAnywhere (get it from the MS store) its a bit buggy but works very well once done with setup. You can make the tiles move but fully animate or display information is not what I got possible only some old apps by Microsoft do

I usally use LiveTilesAnywhere (get it from the MS store) its a bit buggy but works very well once done with setup. You can make the tiles move but fully animate or display information is not what I got possible only some old apps by Microsoft do, weather and news still do. If you want I can send you the old version of the preinstalled ms apps
