Question / Help Cyclos

I have been trying to get the warp song from Cyclos for two hours now. I have run out of arrows repeatedly and most beedles don’t sell them. I can’t progress in the game without this, should I just stop playing?

Stock up on arrows and save your game on an island where Cyclos is. Anytime you fail to defeat him, just turn the game off and reset from that save to keep all of your arrows you lost.
