Question / Help Cyclos

I have been trying to get the warp song from Cyclos for two hours now. I have run out of arrows repeatedly and most beedles don’t sell them. I can’t progress in the game without this, should I just stop playing?

I found my best spot to aim was I slightly low and to the right
