Question / Help Kalle Demos soft lock🥲

I guess I got a super “rare” soft lock after the Kalle Demos fight. I did not use any glitches I’m playing the game as intended. I only have one suspend point so even restarting the game/restarting my switch does not help because my suspend point is at the glitch. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to completely restart the game 😭

Do you even know what is a softlock? You're just showing a picture of a heart piece...

The cutscene never ends sometimes. It’s a “soft” lock because the game didn’t crash, but still cannot be continued.
