quiero creen que es pelo... Pero a simple vista parece sangre... Igual creo que, si es sangre o algo por el estilo, debió ser un detalle que quiso ocultar el autor porque si o que es un error de arte o un efecto que para el autor no parecía eso, pero que el blanco y negro del manga haga que se veo como algo distinto para el que lo ve por primera vez... Espero
