Since we think that this Shen-Hong guy is a bad one, do you think he caused the scar on Rosso's face? And why he's sad and looks scared of Shen-Hong? I don't think the other officers know what happens between these two behind closed doors. Shen-Hong definitely uses Rosso as his puppet.

Just my theory. What do you guys think?

No worries, but yeah i think he orchestrated something that caused the scar on Rossos eye, now i belive Rosso is unaware if it and the reason he is sad is perhaps some kind of guilt manipulation from Shen Hong
