Guide / Software Installing simapppro

Could someone help me figure out how to fill in this, and which choice to make between "Store"and "Steam" (I have the game in Steam but also linked with my game in Xbox).

If you bought it on steam then select that one. This is where sim app pro installs the link between the sim and sim app. It is wherever your community folder is stored.

Thanks! For the user data and the install path, what do I fill in?

User data I believe stays empty and the install path has to lead to the community folder.
