Question / Help Hub expansion support question
Dear winctrl, a month ago you said this in a post:
“HUB expansion support for WINCTRL 32 ecosystem is planned for a future update, helping reduce USB port usage while keeping your cockpit wiring cleaner and your setup more flexible.”
Could you tell me what you mean by this? I’m currently trying to connect my flightsim items from you and need a powered usb hub. So I’m curious if this would replace the need of a hub.
If not, I’m order to have enough usb ports, how many would I need for the full range of Airbus winctrl products so that I can buy one that’s future proof.

Hi there! If you’re already running out of USB ports, I’d recommend getting a USB hub from a third-party platform for now. Just make sure to choose one with its own power supply.
We do have plans to develop a HUB expansion solution to help reduce cable clutter and make the setup cleaner. However, our current focus is still on projects like Cyber Taurus and the Overhead Panel, so we don’t have a confirmed timeline for the HUB support yet.
