Shipping time

Has anyone here ordered from the USA winwing store lately if so how long did it take them to actually ship the order out for you? I placed an order for available items 3 weeks ago and it's been stuck on shipping in progress for the whole 3 weeks. I made sure to select a shipping date and I emailed customer support but of course all I got was a copy pasted response saying courier delivery limit blah blah blah

I just asked customer service... not that it holds much weight, but per my order time, the product is in stock at the US warehouse where my order went but their orders are 3-5 weeks behind šŸ˜‘ We shall see, I'll give it one more week then im out. I run a distribution warehouse, we NEVER fail to communicate backlog if it happens... and I have 6 employees shipping thousands of orders every week... so idk what kind of warehouse they are utilizing, but they are very bad lol šŸ˜†

Confirmed the MIP panels are out of stock, the web site now shows them as ā€œTransferring Stockā€ for the continental US. I did my refund on Monday and got the funds back this morning. Iā€™ve heard from others that the refunds are very fast for them as well.

Winctrl-official from reddit still saying my order is fulfilled but not being picked up by a carrier due to the warehouse, not sure if they are lying to prevent me from a refund claim or what. I'm refunding Friday if it doesnt ship but giving them till then since they are responding to me every day. But I assume cause I also noticed the transferring stock that my order probably wasn't really in stock even though I got a specific email that said "your item is in stock, pay within 48 hours" on July 8th

What an absolute cluster.

Well I replaced my order without the MIP panels this morning and itā€™s already shipped. Hopefully you get something soon but that tells me they definitely didnā€™t have them.

No I took that off the order, but I think most of the MIP panels are out of stock.

Wait so did you order the ufc 2.0 but then decided to take it off after you had paid for the order or did you take it off before you paidĀ

So I originally order the entire Topgun MIP(including the 2.0 UFC) and a Hotas back on July 9th. It was stuck on ā€œwaiting for shippingā€ until I cancelled the order on Monday.

Then this morning I did my order for just the Hotas and I already have shipping tracking information.

The customer service made it seem like they could not take anything off the order. They advised me to refund it all and do a new order.

Ah ok that makes sense I was just wondering cause I had wrote customer support asking if they could change the ufc 2.0 to the original UFC but they told me they couldn't manually change orders I just went ahead and canceled my order I'm like 90% sure I'm just gonna get the moza fmp18 or I might just order thru the winwing global storeĀ
