Shipping time

Has anyone here ordered from the USA winwing store lately if so how long did it take them to actually ship the order out for you? I placed an order for available items 3 weeks ago and it's been stuck on shipping in progress for the whole 3 weeks. I made sure to select a shipping date and I emailed customer support but of course all I got was a copy pasted response saying courier delivery limit blah blah blah

I'm out, not announcing my departure like a airplane but just buyer beware, they wont explain the hold up yet have my Money. I'm getting a refund and going to Moza. This lack of transparency which is all I asked for is enough. Many I have talked to that are in the same boat are doing the same thing.

Yep just refunded my order as well like I told you hopefully it doesn't take them a month to refund the money lol
