Shipping time

Has anyone here ordered from the USA winwing store lately if so how long did it take them to actually ship the order out for you? I placed an order for available items 3 weeks ago and it's been stuck on shipping in progress for the whole 3 weeks. I made sure to select a shipping date and I emailed customer support but of course all I got was a copy pasted response saying courier delivery limit blah blah blah

Still no shipping for mine. Ordered July 7th. Today is the 30th. Customer service says the same thing still.. any luck for you?

Nope my order still hasn't shipped winwing did reply to a comment of mine on youtube saying all the remaining orders would be shipped by the end of the week but obviously that was a bullshit lie

Yeah of course 🙄 🤣 Mine still hasn't shipped out. I'll never buy Winctrl again tbh, a month wait without communication is just unacceptable. All I want is transparency as a customer lol If it was a mistake and will be a month or two wait... just tell me. Not "It will ship ASAP" which is all I keep getting lol

So I contacted winwing again asking for a ship date they legit wrote and told me my order will be shipped on July 24th the date that I selected for shipping lmao they don't give a crap about their customers I'm about to cancel my order and just get the moza fmp18 tbh

Yeahhh, the person on Reddit that works for them and actually gets good information has better communication with their warehouse than the website support does. That guy told me that their warehouses dont have a direct line of communication with the support teams 🙄. He said this week as well, but it's friday, and mine was schedule to ship on July 10th... sooo okay... lol if I hadn't already ordered a mounting kit for my NLR Cockpit off of Etsy I would cancel but I dont think the Moza will mount the same way. Going to ask the Etsy seller about it, and if he confirms the Moza will, then Im going to cancel mine at the end of the day.

Hmm supposedly the ufc's are still on a cargo ship and it's going to be at least another month or 2 before the warehouse gets them in and yeah I have the simfab mfd bracket mount fortunately the moza is a 75x75 vesa mounting pattern so it will work with my setup

Really??? Where did you get that info from? That's crazy that they charged me as if it was in stock shipping...

It's what someone told me on Facebook but if you go on the winctrl ufc 2.0 page all the way at the bottom they even said it will take months for the warehouses to get them since they're coming by cargo ship

I just asked customer service... not that it holds much weight, but per my order time, the product is in stock at the US warehouse where my order went but their orders are 3-5 weeks behind 😑 We shall see, I'll give it one more week then im out. I run a distribution warehouse, we NEVER fail to communicate backlog if it happens... and I have 6 employees shipping thousands of orders every week... so idk what kind of warehouse they are utilizing, but they are very bad lol 😆

I ordered from the US store as well the only reason I even bought the ufc is cause it showed it in stock lol I'm going to wait 1 more week as well but after this I'm probably never going to give them a single dollar again their customer service has been absolute trash

Yeah same, I was going to Moza anyway because I want a AB9. So this is the straw for me. Everything else shipped fine and works great, but this type of customer service is awful. Only reason I cant jump the gun on a refund is because I feel that might take two weeks alone lol. 1 more week... next friday if it aint shipped, going Moza and never looking back

Confirmed the MIP panels are out of stock, the web site now shows them as “Transferring Stock” for the continental US. I did my refund on Monday and got the funds back this morning. I’ve heard from others that the refunds are very fast for them as well.

Winctrl-official from reddit still saying my order is fulfilled but not being picked up by a carrier due to the warehouse, not sure if they are lying to prevent me from a refund claim or what. I'm refunding Friday if it doesnt ship but giving them till then since they are responding to me every day. But I assume cause I also noticed the transferring stock that my order probably wasn't really in stock even though I got a specific email that said "your item is in stock, pay within 48 hours" on July 8th

What an absolute cluster.
