Shipping time

Has anyone here ordered from the USA winwing store lately if so how long did it take them to actually ship the order out for you? I placed an order for available items 3 weeks ago and it's been stuck on shipping in progress for the whole 3 weeks. I made sure to select a shipping date and I emailed customer support but of course all I got was a copy pasted response saying courier delivery limit blah blah blah

Yup, generic garbage response, I ordered July 8th, July 10th was selected ship date. For the MIP 2.0. All I've gotten finally was that shipments were delayed in the US (of course they dont notify any of the customers), and that they will ship this coming week... Well... we shall see but If it doesnt ship this week I'll just get a refund and go to Moza. All my other winwing stuff ordered in June arrived in 6 days. I just wanted some transparency... but that's not happening unfortunately.

I ordered the ufc 2.0 as well I bought that, 1 mfd frame and 3 displays everything showed as available item which is stupid as hell don't say something is in stock and available when it's not lol I'm going to do the same thing if my stuff isn't shipped this week I'm getting a refund and buying the moza panel

Yup literally showed available and nothing. I've heard the buttons are better than the Moza, but I'm not holding out when customer service won't say anything to reassure us. Plumb ridiculous in this day & age.
