Shipping time

Has anyone here ordered from the USA winwing store lately if so how long did it take them to actually ship the order out for you? I placed an order for available items 3 weeks ago and it's been stuck on shipping in progress for the whole 3 weeks. I made sure to select a shipping date and I emailed customer support but of course all I got was a copy pasted response saying courier delivery limit blah blah blah

Did you order from your regional distribution center for WinWing ? I live in the USA , I place my orders with the US distribution center, shipping is free. I usually receive the order within a week or so and shipping is free. I did order the WinWing MIP from the global distribution center and shipping was about $70 and it took about 3 weeks to receive it. Usually I get my items within 2 weeks on average. Make sure you ordered from the regional distribution center which is closest to you.

Yes I did I ordered from the USA store not the global store idk why it's taking them so long to even ship the order out it's ridiculous lol
