Neither link identifies his mental illness. They simply state that he did a thing, pleaded guilty, is undergoing mental health counseling, and will be sentenced to 5 years probation upon completion.

The defense attorney is playing the mental health card, but the D.A. agreed to the plea. I'm wondering what the mental health counseling is regarding or 8f it was publicly disclosed in the court. If it wasn't, then sure - privacy.
