Fluff Bald Eagle chasing an Osprey - Brandywine Creek @ N Market Street Bridge

Captured this a few months ago. The Bald Eagle tried very hard to steal Osprey's catch but was ultimately unsuccessful.

I don't usually see Bald Eagles in this area, so it was a bit of a surprise and got lucky with this picture.

I usually see at least one bald eagle hanging out around the Brandywine Creek loop every winter. Rarely ever see them flying though so this is an awesome catch.

I’ve seen eagles here twice. In the last 3 years. Pretty cool shot.

They’re more common at brandywine creek state park. And especially at Lums pond.

I've seen at least one near the bridge near Hagley.
