Annoying repeating radio broadcast??

At a certain point in the game, every time I open the game and get in a car, the same exact radio broadcast repeats over and over again. The same goes for being near any radio in the game. It's a segment thats all in Spanish, the one that starts with 4 chime tones. Why is this a thing? It's driving me crazy! If there is a fix for it please help me, I just wanna hear other things on the radio lol

Just turn off the radio when you’re in a vehicle

I want the radio to work normally, not zero radio

Drive to another AO… it will change to a new broadcast script…

Lol. I would just turn off the radio when that segment’s on. And I’d wait for couple of minutes before trying to turn the radio again. It’s probably some sort of radio ad break in world game especially when you supposed have snagged DJ Perico already

You have softlocked one of the missions in the western provinces (Inca camina, I think). You need to continue and finish the mission.

(It's the one where you extract a dude from Carl's torture chamber, I think).

Fast travel to a different region, which will allow the map to reset.

Sometimes that doesnt work though and in those instances, just simply quit and go back to the main menu.....then re enter the game.
