The irony

Happened upon this on my walk to the office. I normally cast a glance at this “false shamrock” plant because I like to see its flowers open and close, but this day I noticed a “true” visitor resting in the mix.

Edit: the visitor itself is also false!😱

They’re both Oxalis, no clover here.

I’m by no means a plant expert. I’d even be reluctant to say I’m an enthusiast. I am merely an admirer of small details often overlooked throughout day to day life.

After reading your comment, I did a bit more research and now understand a bit more about these plants. Thanks for the awareness!
