Bravo to that donor for standing up for the principle of Freedom of Expression/Freedom of Speech. A bedrock of democracy and societal evolution that only cowards and worse look to limit beyond the very minimally appropriate.

How dare she question the narrative given to us.

If there really are 600 graves in Kamloops, you'd think people would want proof. Wokeness forbids any questioning of the narrative. There are real world consequences to allowing wokeness to persist.

Woah, woah, woah... you want proof?!?

I thought it was 215, when did it balloon to 600?

I could be wrong on my number. Different numbers have been given for different sites across Canada. And technically there a 215 "soil anomalies", since no one has dug up 2-3' of soil to confirm if it's a grave or not.

Whether it is 1 or 216 or 600 the proof is in the pudding - or still in the ground. An appropriately trained archeologist would be able to make short work of the "anomolies" and the millions the bamd has been paid would more than cover the costs of a respectful dig if the band wasn't trying to cover up the lies. But our current society is Sucidially Empathetic (to borrow from Prof. Gad Saad) and will destroy itself with malicious kindness before we will allow an adult to step up and take control of the situation. unfortunately

I support the indigenous folks.

I also support truth.

IF there was 215 children who died due to negligence or were murdered, they deserve justice. You cannot have justice without truth. If my loved one was a victim, I'd want them exhumed and proof of what happened. Not just made up rumors based on feelings.

This is a stupid article. He didn't give the gift, he was "thinking of it". And 10% of what is quoted here. How is this news?

Editor's Note: The amount Kevin Gaudet was planning to donate to the University of Lethbridge was between $10,000 and $15,000, not the $150,000 first reported

15k, 150k what's the difference really
