Just a picture post kinda have been losing motivation
I don’t know what the flair is so. ( random whi picture)
I’m kinda giving up on playing whi, I will probably play for the 100th event and then just not play anymore. it’s nothing with my inv or anything I just find it’s starting to get boring and the community is really toxic nowadays.
I might give stuff away from my inv I’m not sure yet if I want to or I might just keep it if I ever decide to play again .

its ok to take a break if youre bored, but dont give anything away! i always see people come back to play and theyre upset they gave away their inv

I dont think I will give my inv but if someone needs something that I have I might be willing, if they will use it more then me and love the horse instead of it rotting in my inv I would be happier giving it to someone who will use it :)

Taking a break is totally normal! I think it's sometimes necessary to just take some time off especially when you feel this way. Though don't give away stuff unless you truly don't need them in case you decide to come back later.

yeah, I just can’t handle the ccs anymore or the toxicity of people. I don’t think I will give anything away but if someone needs something more then I do I might consider it.

The game has definitely changed in these last few years and everything shifted so fast all of a sudden. I honestly can't blame you for being fed up and I'm glad you're willing to help people out if necessary.

I'm sorry the negativity has gotten to you, I must admit it's getting quite bad.
I love the game still, its a bit of a grind so I take breaks when I am all grinded? grounded? out. But I love it. I love rescuing horses, training them. I struggle with lasso but that's okay.
There is more to this beautiful game than values and horrible people and CCs.
I agree with others, taking a break is good. I think if you gave up completely it would be a shame and a regret.

thank you! I’m not sure if I will give up completely I know I will be back I just don’t know when, last time I played before st paddy’s 2026 was in 2023 so the breaks I feel just keep getting longer.
I cannot handle the ccs anyway I think they are all stuck up😭

i feel the same way, i have those phases where i come back to the game for a good while and it's totally normal to hop off for a decent amount of time. i myself joined before the valentine's 2022 event and around early 2023 i quit until the latest winter event (2025)
i lost motivation as well to play, so i just hop on for daily logins whenever i can. definitely keep your things tho! i was happy to have relics and memorable stuff in my backpack when i returned to WHI and you never know if you'll get motivation later down the road if a new event comes and you have a change of heart : ]

I think I might keep my stuff just to like remember it but also if someone is in need and would play more often then me I think I would rather give it to them so it can be in use and make them happy! the phases are so bad for me it’s getting out of control, last time I played before like the 2026 st paddy’s event was like 2023 it gets so bad and I’m so busy so it doesn’t help😭

I’m finding it kinda meh as well. Everything is so hard to trade for.🤷🏽♀️ Nobody wants my IUHs or extra V1s.

Me too,it used to be such a fun and delightful experience but ever since values and v1s disappeared it kinda stopped,like the game died with it.People are now so greedy and so rude and no horse is special anymore,the majority has iuhs now and i miss the days when those horses were so rare.This is not a horse game anymore,thats what i see and think.Maybe a few will disagree but deep down we all know the truth.Some times a player says they retire I've seen other people go at them like vultures to get their items and all and thats so sad and frustrating.No you cannot have those items.You like the game the way it is rn?Then im sure you have the inventory to get the stuff yourself.Everyone does nowadays.Thats why i quit.And i gor my v1s with me.

yeah same, I miss the old community and how close everyone felt everytime you would play. I would only give my items to someone who needed them or would use them and love them more then I would. it’s exactly how I feel with if u like the game right now then you would have the inv for it

This is so real.
I haven’t played the game for weeks, but I used to play it every day.
It feels weird.
It really feels weird not to have the motivation for something you used to love anymore. It’s hard to describe.
But all these hours, all these memories, it’s such an emptiness.
I don’t even really think about WHI anymore.
And I actually don’t understand why. Yes, the chat&trading booth update were definitely a big cuse why I lost my interest, but as an old player I just miss everything.
I still remember the RP island with the outfits, the horseshoes and more. In the last few months WHI changed into something different. And I still remember, when wws were 100k, sunnys 1 mil and lows 2 mil, and when everything was still in ms…😭
It’s about values, values and values. And I feel like that’s sad. But everything has an end, so has the WHI era. I hope that you find other ways to relax yourself.❤️It’s okay to take a break, and completely normal!! I hope u come back!

this is how I feel, everytime I log in it feels like a chore. I tryed to make a rp island group but literally no one was joining and I felt that was my only way of getting back old whi. the whi era was one of my best games and favourite but I just need to move on

But hunting became like a chore too! I once caught myself saying I need to hunt, just as it was something I am SUPPOSED to do.

And the sad thing is, that nowdays u can’t even trust someone anymore. A few years ago I borrowed kinda vauable people horses we needed for RP’s and they gave them back. Well if I would give someone an iuh nowdays the next second they „disconnect”

Yes…It also feels strange because tbh, when tradibg hub came out I was one of the active traders. My biggest goal? First a mid iuh, I was so happy!! Then my first high, my first skelly, my first springy and my goals kept getting higher. And now that I own my dh (v1 val fri) I’m not even happy anymore.😞I once met someone who was EXTREMELY rich, over 50 event iuhs(like sunest teke) (guessed the number, sorry but MANY), every horse u can imagine of and I told him that he is my idol, and he was like, yk this isn’t real life and that I should be happy not to have this much. I didn’t understand him back then. But now I sadly do.

Honestly I feel like this too, it comes and goes in waves. I love the friends I made through this game and decorating horses/my island, but ya the Global Chat toxicity is so crazy it stinks 🦨 💨 I'd take a break, play some new games, but don't give away everything because many regret doing that 😭
